Hi Ge me 5 , where you from? I am in love with Africa - I work to live to travel in Africa! West Africa wow! love it from The Gambia (St James Island all the way to George town - to Dakka, Cowlack (anagal) Corrie Island (not so much Mali though! - police there man mmmm!) all by local transport and dirt cheap!
Or West Africa?? I would say from experience Overland Trips are something else! Love it love it love it! Again work out less than £60 per day (everything from tent to food to booze etc.. inc.. safaris?? Hell you cant beat it especially if your travelling alone! Been from Nairobi to Masi Mara - to Tanzania Serrengetti - to Lake Magadi / Lake Nakuru (the pink lake wow!) Lake Victoria - Ngorogoro crater - plus local bus from Mombassa to Lamu. South and North mombassa - take a beach tour yeh??

Plan to go to Zanzibar in October - on overlander from Nairobi. Please ask any Q's have plenty of pics. Good Luck, Michelle
